Surfer Squad :
Train along side some of the
hottest up and coming surfers on the Central Coast.
The squad meets regularly for physical training,
video analysis, sport psychology, programmed drills
and courses. Learn from the experience of someone
that has achieved at an elite level and who knows
what it takes to reach your full
potential.
Excellent accommodation
facilities are available at Norah Head Caravan
Park, which is within easy walking distance of
Soldiers Beach. They cater for all budgets, from
tent sites to luxury cabins, at very reasonable
rates.

Hi
My name is Rebecca
Woods and I have been surfing from a young
age, I am now 16.
Taking surfing
seriously and starting to compete never
really occurred to me until about the
start of last year (1999).
On the competitive
scene is where I first met Sandra English
and was amazed at such a high standard of
surfing ability.
My father and I
believed if I was going to compete as much
as I was and still am, I needed a
professional surf coach to make my surfing
standard higher, who better to turn to
than Sandra.

During 1999, I was
able to claim the titles of U/16 girls
State Champion, and U/16 girls national
champion, this is because of family
support and Sandra and her support,
through her coaching, she built my skills
and self belief to a level that was good
enough to compete with the best in
Australia and win.
Sandra' s coaching
is definitely not just for competitors, or
just girls alone. She has experience with
a vast range of people from beginners to
experts, and I know they always go back
for more coaching.

Sandra is a mentor for
surfing and women's surfing in particular. She is
also a friend and role model, I would have to say
she is up there with the best coaches in
Australia.
